Basic Requirements
Original electronically readable passport (6 months valid from the date of travel). Submit Old passport if used within the last five years
Photocopy of passport’s first page (ID page) and visa or arrival stamps to any OECD countries within the last 5 years
1 Passport sized colored picture with white background
Completely filled-out visa application form (no blanks please)
Requirements as per qualification for Short-term Visas(C-3) for Tourists: Single Entry
*Employee
Original Employment Certificate (applicant's position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline number [cell-phone number is not allowed], e-mail address)
Photocopy of Company Identification Card
Original Personal Bank Certificate must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
Photocopy of Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316 (the previous year) with personal tin number
*Businessman
Photocopy of valid Business registration (DTI or SEC – first page and pages with indicated incorporators names and shares)
Photocopy of valid Mayor’s or Business permit
Original Personal Bank Certificate must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
Photocopy of Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316 (the previous year) with personal tin number
*Housewife
Photocopy of NSO Marriage Certificate
Husband’s Original Employment Certificate (applicant's position, date hired, compensation, address, office landline number [cell-phone number is not allowed], e-mail address)
Husband’s Original Personal Bank Certificate must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
Husband’s Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
Husband’s Photocopy of Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316 (the previous year) with personal tin number
Photocopy of all Documents of legal spouse
If NOT travelling with spouse, Original Affidavit of support of spouse (Notarized) is required
*Student / Child
Original School Certificate for Students (with valid contact number of school)
Photocopy of School Identification card
Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
Photocopy of all Documents of parents (Employee/Businessman/Housewife)
if NOT travelling with both parents, Original Affidavit of support and consent by the parents or guardian (Notarized) is required
if NOT travelling with parent/s, minors below 18 years old should secure Travel Clearance from DSWD
*Retiree/Senior Citizen (55 years old and above)
Original Certificate of retirement or Photocopy of Senior Citizen Identification Card
Original Personal Bank Certificate must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
Other proof of funds such as land titles, Vehicle registration, Pension Certificate, Country Club or Golf Club, Stocks
*Incentive Tours Supported by a Company
Personal documents of applicant whichever is applicable (ex. Employee or Businessman)
Original Guarantee letter from the employer/sponsor (companies listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange Market)
Original Company Bank Certificate
Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Applicants may submit other proof of funds such as land titles, Vehicle registration, Pension Certificate, Country Club or Golf Club, Stocks Certificate as supporting documents in case they cannot submit one of the requirements of their qualifications.
Applications are accepted Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM-11:00 AM, while releasing of passports with visa results is between 2:00 PM-4:00PM. Korean Embassy is closed on Philippines holidays and selected Korean holidays.
Applicants could be asked to submit additional documents (electric billing, verified TIN, company IDs, etc.) as per consul’s evaluation. In some cases, an interview may be required before the result of the application is given.
All visa applications are subject for approval, processing normally takes 7 working days or as per consul’s advise.
For applicants with valid visa or who have been to any OECD Nations(Except Korea) within the last 5years, applicants are not initially required to submit ITR (Income Tax Return) with 3-4 working days processing (subject to consul’s discretion)

Paste your recent passport size photo on the application form.
Submit documents to our office at least 10 working days prior to travel.
Remove all covers or jacket of your passports. Staple old and new passports together.
10. Visa Processing fee is non-refundable once application is submitted to embassy regardless if granted, denied or withdrawn.
Processing Time:
*minimum 3 working days (for those who have visas of OECD member countries)
*minimum 5 working days (for those who do not have visas of OECD member countries)
Visa Fee for 60 to 90 days stay in Korea -- PHP1,800.00 (excluding Visa processing/assistance fee from travel agency)
